Job summary

IBM in Cebu City is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Project Manager to lead planning, implementation, and delivery of Maximo EAM projects. You will oversee the full lifecycle, ensure deployment, integration, and adoption of Maximo and related add-ons, coordinating with business users and tech teams.

You will guide solution design with deep Maximo knowledge, manage budgets and schedules, run workshops, reviews, and ensure measurable value through improved asset performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) including core modules and integration capabilities.
• Ability to lead functional discussions and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience managing project delivery across design, build, and test phases to ensure timely deployment.
• Identify and implement minor enhancements to improve system performance and usability.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, scheduling, execution, and completion of all project activities for Maximo implementations.
• Guides solution design using in-depth Maximo knowledge and industry best practices.
• Coordinates workshops, status meetings, and decision reviews with stakeholders.
• Tracks risks, budgets, and timelines; implements mitigation plans.
• Ensures Maximo configuration aligns with client asset management processes and strategic goals.
