Job summary

Indra Group is seeking a capable Operations Support professional to work on IBM Maximo and IBM Cognos systems in the Philippines. You will develop ad hoc extracts, support deployments, and handle data conversion tasks while ensuring documentation aligns with client approvals.

The role includes incident and problem management, stakeholder collaboration, and on-site client support with a 8AM–5PM base schedule plus on-call and shifted hours. ITIL knowledge and data extraction experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• SQL/PLSQL and databases (Oracle SQL, MySQL) required.
• Linux or Unix preferred.
• PowerBI is a plus.
• IBM Maximo is a plus.
• IBM Cognos is a plus.
• Experience in data processing and extraction is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willing to work in Operations Support/Service Management structure.
• Basic ITIL knowledge a plus.
• Business Analysis experience a plus.
• Willing to work on-site with regular/shifted schedules; on-call weekends/holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Operations and Maintenance activities in IBM Maximo and IBM Cognos supported applications.
• Develop ad hoc extract reports based on user requirements.
• Facilitate deployment of enhancements and collaborate on change/release plans.
• Handle regular requests such as special extracts, system maintenance, and data conversion/modification with proper documentation and approvals.
• Manage incidents and escalate to responsible groups as needed.
• Engage in problem management and root-cause analysis as required.
• Stakeholder management and communication with clients.
• Provide on-site client support with 8AM–5PM schedule, 24x7 on-call, and rotating shifts (6AM–2PM, 2PM–10PM); overtime/weekends/holidays possible.
• Possibly assigned for on-call weekends/holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 1. Perform Operations and Maintenance activities in IBM Maximo, and IBM Cognos Supported Applications.

• 4. Handle regular request fulfilments such as Special extract, System Maintenance and Data Conversion/Modification. Adequately document activities and adhere to clients approval process.

• 9. Maybe assigned for on-call support on Weekends, Holidays, or outside Regular Working Hours.
