Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of Maximo EAM deployments, including planning, configuration, integration, and adoption across client environments in the Philippines.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and ensure value delivery through aligned asset management processes and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Maximo EAM Knowledge including daily operations, core modules, support processes, and minor enhancements.
• Functional leadership for Maximo-based solutions, translating requirements into clear specifications.
• Project delivery coordination with design, build, and test teams to ensure timely deployment.
• Enhancement and optimization of Maximo environments based on performance and user feedback.
• Client operations support ensuring smooth daily operation and alignment with project goals.
• Experience with advanced Maximo EAM features and configurations.
• Familiarity with industry-specific EAM challenges in manufacturing, oil and gas, or transportation.
• IT service management basics (incident, problem, change) and its application to EAM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, execution, and completion of Maximo projects to stay on time and within budget.
• Provide in-depth Maximo technical guidance for solution design and implementation.
• Coordinate stakeholders, run workshops, and manage communication across teams.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and document resolutions.
• Align Maximo configurations with client asset management processes to deliver measurable value.
