Job summary

Gokongwei Brothers Foundation is seeking a Math Lesson Content Developer to craft high-quality elementary math materials, including teacher guides, slides, and assessments. The role emphasizes alignment with the DepEd Math curriculum and collaboration with the internal content team to ensure high standards.

The position is a full-time freelancer for 3-6 months with onsite reporting to the office, requiring prior experience in content creation and a strong math background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or equivalent
• A major in math or a Master’s Degree is an advantage
• Strong familiarity with the DepEd Mathematics curriculum
• At least 2 years of solid experience in developing or checking content and learning resources, or 2 years of solid experience in teaching Math to elementary students
• Experience in a progressive school is an advantage
• A good understanding of both student and adult learning journeys
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Proficient in Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Apple Keynote
• Proficient with Canva or other design apps for creating presentation slides
• Willingness to work in a full-time freelancer mode for 3-6 months and report onsite at the office

Responsibilities

• Develop relevant, engaging, and age-appropriate educational content for Elementary Math, encompassing: Teacher Guides, PowerPoint Slides, Assessment Sheets, Other supplementary materials
• Ensure timely submission of materials based on the Content Development Tracker
• Revise materials based on the feedback
• Other responsibilities as required to fulfill the objectives of the role
