Job summary

The VITO Group in the Philippines seeks an Assistant Materials and Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and material handling. You will lead a team, enforce safety, and coordinate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Accounting, Logistics, and site teams in Cavite.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of warehouse or materials management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office. The role runs Monday to Friday with Saturday half-day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; equivalent extensive warehouse management experience considered.
• At least five (5) years of solid warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics experience; construction materials/tools/eq experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Proficient in documentation, material handling, and warehouse safety protocols.
• Computer literate with MS Office applications (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and organize personnel; set priorities and monitor performance.
• Maintain inventory records, stock balances, and movement documentation; conduct cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Inspect incoming materials against orders and delivery documents for quantity and quality.
• Control issuance and dispatch with proper requisitions and documentation.
• Ensure warehouse facilities and equipment comply with safety standards.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, Logistics, Construction Management, and site personnel on material requirements.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports and material issuance records to management.
