Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics/supply chain roles.
• Experience in construction/materials preferred.
• 2–3 years in supervisory capacity.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS and Excel.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of materials and parts.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and suppliers for timely material availability.
• Develop and implement efficient supply chain processes and controls.
• Monitor requirements and coordinate replenishment with production schedules.
• Manage logistics and delivery scheduling to plants and sites.
• Oversee transportation, fleet, and third‑party logistics activities.
• Document inventory transactions and perform regular cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive process improvements.
• Track costs, wastage, and overall supply chain performance.
• Establish warehouse organization and inventory controls.
• Lead warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Generate KPIs on accuracy, stock levels, and delivery performance.
