Job summary

You will handle procurement tasks, coordinate with TSD on quality requirements, and ensure timely delivery with attention to cost and compliance in a Fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate.
• BS Electrical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Computer literate with eye for details and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives materials requests and prepares Purchase Orders manually and electronically.
• Negotiates price, volume, and delivery with suppliers.
• Coordinates with TSD on material quality requirements.
• Coordinates with suppliers on accreditation compliance.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager for material forecast, inventory and delivery issues.
• Facilitates canvass requests, materials sample requests, and delivery schedules; identifies potential suppliers.
• Resolve quality and delivery discrepancies by mediating supplier/manufacturing issues.
