Job summary

Safewater Technologies Inc. is seeking a Materials & Process Engineer to bridge waste plastic chemistry with board manufacturing. You will stabilize formulations, ensure strict quality control, and push toward national and international certifications.

You will manage the master recipe, adjust parameters for waste batches, and conduct polymer testing to innovate Restore Board products, while preparing technical documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Materials, Chemical or Polymer Eng or allied field.
• 1-3 years manufacturing, quality control or product development experience.
• Strong competency in polymer fundamentals and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Master Recipe Management: safeguard current working formulation.
• Material Stabilization: adjust parameters for incoming waste batches.
• Polymer Research: run tests and trials for Restore Board innovation.
• Lead in Standards alignment: support PNS, ISO certifications and Green building endorsements.
