Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 8–15+ years of process engineering experience, preferably in water/wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level process engineering expertise across development, design, execution, commissioning, and operation of water and wastewater projects.
• Ensure treatment processes are technically sound, fit for purpose, and meet capacity, quality, efficiency, reliability and performance targets.
• Review designs, resolve technical issues, support commissioning, and optimize plant performance with EPC contractors and technology providers.
• Lead process design activities, including PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, and equipment datasheets.
• Participate in HAZOP/HAZID, design reviews, and risk assessments; provide technical recommendations on equipment selection and process configuration.
• Provide ongoing process engineering support to plant operations and supervise multidisciplinary teams; travel to project locations as required.
