Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset with ability to immediately address warehouse concerns.
• Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and implement strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3PL warehouse operations and ensure on-time processing and system postings.
• Resolve logistics disruptions, shipping delays, and inventory issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure quality standards.
• Address performance issues of vendors and service centers.
• Review processes with 3PL and other groups to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Process warehouse and vendor invoices and monitor payments to partners.
• Provide warehouse reports and cost-saving analyses using Excel.
• Proactively address warehouse concerns and after-sales issues.
• Facilitate meetings and de-escalate customer concerns.
• Perform cycle counts, spot checks, and audits.
• Learn and adapt in high-stress environments.
