Job summary

Gigatyre Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. You will oversee daily activities and guide a team to ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in a related field and 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with supervisory background preferred. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course; Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related course is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, receiving, picking, checking, dispatching, and stock control.
• Familiar with FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory and proper stock handling.
