Job summary

Globe Telecom in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned supply chain leader to oversee planning, sourcing, inventory management, quality assurance, distribution, and storage. You will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure resource requirements are met across territories.

You will analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and manage supplier relationships while setting safety stock levels and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and optimizes supply planning, sourcing, procurement restocking/refill, inventory management, and distribution.
• Develops and implements strategies, manages supplier relationships, and analyzes performance metrics.
• Consolidates SKU demands, creates delivery forecasts, and defines safety stock levels and release thresholds.
• Creates warehouse capacity forecasts and ensures timely delivery and staging.
• Implements quality control processes and risk management across the supply chain.
• Evaluates suppliers, negotiates favorable terms, and enforces compliance with procurement policies.
• Generates reports on inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and cost efficiency.
• Monitors costs and drives opportunities for continuous improvement, including logistics optimization and returns processing.
