Job summary

BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Materials Engineer for assignments in Tabangao, Batangas. The role focuses on supervising materials-related aspects of projects, ensuring quality standards, sourcing efficiently, and optimal material usage.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with license, has at least 3 years of construction experience in PM, design, and consultancy, and is familiar with oil and gas environments. HMO and AD&D insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of construction-related project management experience.
• Experience in oil and gas industries or similar.
• Training or certificates such as BNDT, DEP materials specs, API/ASME knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage materials-related aspects of projects.
• Monitor and submit site project reports.
• Maintain KPI tracking with project teams.
• Plan and forecast material needs; manage BM/BQ to site.
• Control inventory and ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with terminals and vendor print management.
• Inspect goods upon delivery and ensure proper storage.
