Rentokil Initial is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in the Philippines to optimize inbound and outbound stock, coordinate storage and dispatch, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will work closely with Purchasing to maintain stock levels and perform regular cycle counts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in logistics/warehousing, with strong skills in inventory management and forecasting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing management and operations.
• Proficient in inventory management, planning and forecasting of goods from ordering to shipment.

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate inbound/outbound goods, storage and dispatch efficiently.
• Maintain stock accuracy, space allocation, stock transfers and non-conforming items.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to keep stock levels adequate.
• Organise and perform regular cycle counts and stock takes.
• Ensure product and service quality within the warehouse meets standards.
• Adhere to quality procedures and safety targets.
• Support Health and Safety policy and safe warehouse practices.
• Represent the department on the Health & Safety Committee as needed.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; perform other duties as required.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensures effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management to include space allocation, stock transfer and dealing with non-confirming product
• Works closely with the Purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels
• Organises and ensures accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes
• Responsible for ensuring quality of product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer
• Ensures quality procedures and targets are strictly followed
• Implements company Health and Safety Policy, ensures safe working conditions and practices within the Warehouse
• Represents the department on the Health & Safety Committee as required
• Ensures cleanliness and order of stocks and warehouse facility
• Performs any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Any Course
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Logistics, Warehousing Management and Operations.
• Skills required: Inventory Management, Logistic Planning, Analysis and Forecasting of Goods from ordering to shipment & Delivery
• Applicants must be willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga
• Full-Time position(s) available.
