Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Pasig City is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to plan, stock, and dispatch incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and safety.

You will collaborate with Purchasing to maintain stock, perform cycle counts, and uphold quality standards for customers. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year in logistics are required; this is a full-time role with benefits including health insurance and parental leave.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate incoming goods, storage and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate stock management and space allocation.
• Work with Purchasing to maintain stock levels.
• Perform cycle counts and stock takes.
• Maintain warehouse quality and safety standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and order of stocks and facility.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensures effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management to include space allocation, stock transfer and dealing with non-confirming product
• Works closely with the Purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels
• Organises and ensures accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes
• Responsible for ensuring quality of product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer
• Ensures quality procedures and targets are strictly followed
• Implements company Health and Safety Policy, ensures safe working conditions and practices within the Warehouse
• Represents the department on the Health & Safety Committee as required
• Ensures cleanliness and order of stocks and warehouse facility
• Performs any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Any Course
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Logistics, Warehousing Management and Operations.
• Skills required: Inventory Management, Logistic Planning, Analysis and Forecasting of Goods from ordering to shipment & Delivery
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kalawaan, Pasig City
• Full-Time position(s) available.
