Rentokil Initial is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will plan and coordinate inbound and outbound goods, manage stock, and ensure accurate cycle counts and stock takes while maintaining quality standards and safety policies.

The role requires at least 1 year in logistics/warehousing and a Bachelor’s degree. Full-time position with benefits including health insurance and leaves.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• At least 1 year in logistics, warehousing management and operations.
• Strong skills in inventory management, planning, analysis and forecasting from ordering to delivery.

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate incoming goods, storage and dispatch efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely stock management, including cycle counts and stock takes.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Maintain high quality of products and service in Warehouse.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and ensure safe working conditions.
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly, represent dept on Health & Safety Committee.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensures effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management to include space allocation, stock transfer and dealing with non-confirming product
• Works closely with the Purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels
• Organises and ensures accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes
• Responsible for ensuring quality of product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer
• Ensures quality procedures and targets are strictly followed
• Implements company Health and Safety Policy, ensures safe working conditions and practices within the Warehouse
• Represents the department on the Health & Safety Committee as required
• Ensures cleanliness and order of stocks and warehouse facility
• Performs any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Any Course
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Logistics, Warehousing Management and Operations.
• Skills required: Inventory Management, Logistic Planning, Analysis and Forecasting of Goods from ordering to shipment & Delivery
• Applicants must be willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga
• Full-Time position(s) available.
