Job summary

Innovative Packaging Industry Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Logistics/Materials Planner to optimize inventory accuracy and material flow. You will post inventories in SAP B1 in real time, perform reconciliations, and coordinate with QA, Maintenance and Production teams to resolve variances.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehousing experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and leadership skills to drive KPI monitoring and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics, management or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven logistics and warehousing experience.
• Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office; SAP B1 experience preferred.
• Analytical mindset with ability to prepare and process logistics documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with QA, Maintenance and Production.

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly inventory posting and reporting; ensures data accuracy.
• Coordinates with QA, Maintenance and Production to resolve variances.
• Monitors logistics KPIs and enforces safety and food quality standards.
• Oversees material flow and inventory control to support production.
• Acts as Materials Planner ensuring smooth flow of raw and packaging materials.
