Job summary

L&K Industries Philippines, Inc. is seeking a diligent Material Controller to ensure production has the materials it needs, stored correctly, and issued efficiently to the floor.

You will focus on inventory accuracy, material flow, and supporting the supply chain to prevent production stoppages. You will manage material levels, coordinate replenishment with procurement, and maintain precise ERP/MRP records.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and material handling.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and documentation.
• Ability to perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor raw material, component, and consumable inventory levels.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment based on production schedules.
• Issue and track materials to production in accordance with work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in ERP/MRP systems.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials according to standards.
• Support logistics and shipping activities for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Participate in process improvements to reduce material waste and inventory costs.
