Job summary

TASQ in Taguig (BGC) is seeking a Master Data Specialist to ensure accurate processing of master data across Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance domains. You will handle day-to-day operations, data validation, and governance while aligning with stakeholders and governance policies.

The role emphasizes process discipline, quality, and continuous improvement within a GCC Manila delivery setting, with onsite work and close collaboration with onshore leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Management, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in master data operations, data management, or shared services delivery roles.
• Experience handling master data transactions across core domains (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance).
• Experience in GCC or shared services environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day master data operations across in-scope domains, ensuring timely and accurate processing of master data requests.
• Monitor service performance, queue management, and workload allocation to meet turnaround times and quality expectations.
• Support audits, governance, and documentation updates to maintain a well-governed master data environment.
