Job summary

rhe seeks a master data professional to maintain and govern data across ERP modules and related systems in a dynamic enterprise environment. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of master data in the MDM Portal and other enterprise applications.

You will coordinate data collection from internal and external stakeholders, perform data quality controls in Excel, and develop reports, SOPs, and process documentation to optimize master data processes.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ERP modules.
• Independent, structured, prospective, and solution-oriented
• English language skills and proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of MDM is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze, maintain, control, and correct master data in the relevant systems.
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and maintenance of master data from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate setup in the centralized MDM Portal, global TMS, and other enterprise applications.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain data using Excel and other tools while ensuring high standards of data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Enforce master data governance standards, policies, and business guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across systems.
• Perform data quality controls, investigate discrepancies, and drive timely resolution of data-related issues.
• Develop reports, analyses, SOPs, and process documentation while identifying opportunities to optimize master data processes.

What You Can Expect :

What You Bring:

• Experience of working as offshore service providers would be an advantage.

• English language skills as well as the confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of MDM is a plus
