• Ensure strong data governance by enforcing standards, validations, audits, and aligning with policies.
• Drive timely and accurate processing of master data to support operations and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Strengthen compliance by supporting audits, documenting processes, and adhering to internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues, improve processes, and support reporting and analytics needs.
• Foster a high-performing team culture by setting priorities and enabling development.
