Job summary

Factra Ltd, a Manchester-based consumer brands group, is hiring a hands-on Marketplace Manager to own Amazon B2C, eBay and TikTok Shop across our brands. You will manage listings, pricing, promotions and performance, coordinating with the Head of Digital and teams in the UK, Pakistan and the Philippines.

You will optimize listings, run ads, manage inventory for FBA, and ensure account health with proactive case handling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on marketplace management with accountability for Amazon results.
• Proven track record on Amazon B2C, eBay and TikTok Shop with measurable growth.
• Experience in UK/EU marketplaces, VAT rules and Pan-European fulfillment is ideal.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, eBay Promoted Listings and TikTok Shop ads & affiliate tools.
• Proficient in listing optimization, keyword research and tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout.
• Excellent Excel/Sheets skills for margin reconciliation and trend spotting.
• Experience with account health, suspensions, IP complaints and ASIN problems.
• Clear written/spoken English; able to work UK hours with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Own the channels: run Amazon B2C, eBay and TikTok Shop end-to-end across brands.
• Set and hit monthly revenue, margin and ACoS/TACoS targets; report weekly.
• Maintain account health: performance metrics, policies, IPI, late shipments, defects.
• Plan inventory for FBA, eBay and TikTok Fulfilled, coordinating with UK warehouse.
• Build and optimize listings: titles, bullets, images, A+ content and keywords.
• Launch new products/brands with compliance and age-verification as needed.
• Manage pricing, repricing rules, promotions and TikTok Shop vouchers.
• Handle customer messages, A-to-Z claims and IP-related issues with expediency.
• Brief content/design teams on listing needs; sign off visuals and copy.
• Join weekly trading calls with UK team and share actionable insights.
