Job summary

EY GDS Philippines is seeking a Marketing Automation Associate to manage end-to-end campaigns, optimize processes, and educate users on best practices. You will build and execute campaigns in Marketo, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure governance and data privacy compliance for EY.

The role requires 1+ year of Marketo experience, a digital marketing degree, and strong analytics. Familiarity with Agile planning and MS Office is preferred; Adobe Marketo Engage certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Marketo experience.
• Experience configuring Marketing Automation campaigns.
• Ability to translate business needs into MA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Marketing Automation campaigns of varying complexities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure assets and audience parameters are ready for campaign execution.
• Add new contacts to Marketo via BMC Products support.
• Provide regular performance reports on marketing automation campaigns.
• Support team through project stages including testing.
• Ensure governance and data privacy compliance for EY policies.
• Act as brand champion ensuring campaigns and content align with EY brand and standards.
