Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services seeks a Marketing Automation Associate to manage end-to-end campaign execution and analytics. You will support tactical campaigns, drive process improvements, and educate users on best practices in Marketo and related tools.

Ideal candidates have experience with marketing automation platforms, data management, and good communication skills to collaborate with internal and external partners. A university degree in digital marketing or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in Digital Marketing or related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience with Marketo.
• Experience in Marketing Automation campaign configuration.
• Ability to translate business needs into MA platform solutions.
• Ability to review processes and suggest automation improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Marketing Automation campaigns with varying complexities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure content, assets and audience parameters are ready for campaigns.
• Work with BMC Products support to add new contacts to Marketo.
• Provide regular performance reporting on campaigns to key stakeholders.
• Support project teams through testing and deployment.
• Communicate system updates and governance to stakeholders.
• Act as a brand champion ensuring campaigns align with EY brand and risk controls.
• Adhere to EY data privacy policies and regulatory requirements.
