Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC in Cebu City is seeking a proactive sales and marketing professional to drive lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement. You will build and maintain a robust pipeline, qualify leads, and collaborate with the sales team to convert opportunities.

The role also supports digital marketing efforts, telemarketing, events, and market research to identify business opportunities and campaigns. Local presence in Cebu City is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through online research, databases, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Proactively source and develop new leads; having an existing client or prospect database is an advantage.
• Meet or exceed assigned lead generation and sales targets.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, potential, and fit, and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and business development efforts.
• Assist in creating and editing marketing materials, including photos and videos, for campaigns.
• Support online promotional activities and lead generation campaigns.
• Assist with digital marketing initiatives, excluding website development.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
• Communicate product and service offerings effectively and generate client interest.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Participate in and assist with organizing marketing events, trade shows, and activations.
• Generate leads through face-to-face engagement, networking, and event activities.
• Follow up with prospects generated through events and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, potential clients, and business opportunities.
• Gather and analyze relevant market information to support lead generation and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
