Overview
The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in all marketing activities of Microgenesis Business Systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing manager in all digital communications and online marketing campaigns of the company such as, but not limited to:
- Managing and updating the company website
- Implementing and monitoring online activities such as search engine marketing, search engine optimization, pay-per-click campaigns, online advertising, social media, electronic mail marketing (opt-in and opt-out), and the like.
- Responsible for the implementation and execution of all the events in Microgenesis Business Systems (e.g. Sponsored and Sales events, Conventions, Product Launches, Customer events, and Online events) and Internal company events (Kick-off, Town Hall, Christmas Party, Quarterly events).
- Coordinate with the Business Solutions Managers to constantly create various content for all the social media platforms, email marketing, website, and other marketing collaterals.
- Complete partners' and vendors' requirements for all the sponsored events from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners and suppliers who will be involved in the execution of the event.
- Monitor all the results of the events and other marketing activities assigned, and forward all leads and opportunities generated by the same in a timely manner.
- Monitor all the results of both digital and traditional marketing communication activities, and forward all leads and opportunities generated by the same in a timely manner.
- Collate and report regularly on performance statistics for all marketing activities across all channels, using these statistics as bases for future promotional activities and campaigns.
- Do self-study and/or attend trainings and seminars for the development of relevant skills needed for the job.
- Perform related additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Immediate superior.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of experience in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
