As a leader in marketing execution, you will coordinate campaigns, measure performance, and optimize spend while building strong client relationships and elevating the company profile through integrated efforts.

Qualifications

• Expertise in optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and events planning.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and improve future campaigns.
• Experience reviewing campaigns within budget constraints.
• Ability to oversee digital platforms and materials.
• Experience building relationships with clients and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management
• Analyze digital platform click-to-purchase conversion rates and promotion effectiveness to determine sales drivers
• Develop marketing strategies for new products
• Lead and train a team of Marketing Associates
• Establish goals aligned with organizational targets and set objectives to reach customers through digital and traditional marketing channels
• Strengthen company branding through advertising, customer service, promotional merchandise, reputation, and logo activities
• Identify cost-effective ways to conduct marketing activities and events by monitoring target participants, leads generated, and lead-to-sales conversion
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns to raise company profile and increase sales
• Identify potential new markets and create plans to enter markets while maintaining relationships with business entities
• Lead market research to establish customer trends and habits, and conduct competitor research and analyses
