About the role

We are seeking a enthusiastic and organised Marketing Staff to join the team at club zzyzx. This is a full-time position based in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our marketing initiatives and helping to promote club zzyzx to our target audience. You will work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and contribute to the growth and visibility of our brand in the vibrant Manila entertainment scene.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in the development, planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
2. Coordinate promotional events and activities to increase club awareness and attendance
3. Manage and update social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content
4. Support the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, posters and digital assets
5. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics
6. Liaise with external partners, vendors and media contacts to support promotional activities
7. Conduct market research and gather competitor information to inform marketing strategies
8. Maintain and organise marketing databases and customer information
9. Assist with event coordination and on-site promotional support
10. Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and general office duties

What we're looking for

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Filipino a strong advantage
2. Proven experience in marketing support, marketing coordination, or a related administrative role within the hospitality, entertainment or retail sectors
3. Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
4. Proficiency with social media platforms and basic knowledge of social media marketing
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software or tools
6. Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and suggestions
7. Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
8. Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
9. Knowledge of the entertainment or nightlife industry is preferred but not essential
10. A passion for marketing, events and the vibrant Manila lifestyle
