About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Club zzyzx in Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position based in our Manila office. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in our art direction team, translating creative concepts into visually stunning designs that captivate audiences and communicate brand messages effectively. You will work collaboratively with our art directors, creative strategists and clients to develop cohesive visual solutions across various media and platforms. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for innovative and impactful creative work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating original graphic designs for a diverse range of projects, including advertising campaigns, branding materials, digital content and print collateral

• Collaborating with art directors and creative teams to develop and refine design concepts that align with client briefs and brand guidelines

• Translating strategic creative direction into visually compelling and engaging design solutions

• Producing high-quality design files and assets ready for production, print and digital distribution

• Maintaining consistency with established brand identity standards and design systems across all deliverables

• Staying current with design trends, industry best practices and emerging technologies in graphic design and visual communication

• Incorporating client feedback and revisions into designs whilst maintaining creative integrity

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment

• Contributing ideas during creative brainstorming sessions and participating in the development of innovative design concepts

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role, preferably in an advertising, arts or media environment

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, visual communication skills and a range of design work across different mediums and formats

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout and composition

• Excellent visual communication abilities and the capacity to translate briefs into compelling creative solutions

• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a creative team and with clients

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines consistently

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional work

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic creative environment

• Knowledge of art direction principles and experience working alongside art directors (preferred)

• Experience with digital design, web graphics and motion graphics (preferred)
