• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all implementations.
• Proactively recommend strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure quality and best costs.
• Create monitoring systems to evaluate programs.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best costs and quality.
• Ensure that marketing expenses are within the budget.
• Create and submit a post evaluation report to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of each project.
• Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Department’s activities.
• Create monitoring system and reports to aid in the evaluation of programs and activities.
• Maintains a record of inventory of marketing collaterals and assets.
• Knowledgeable in making designs for brochure, flyers, booklets, web pages, print advertising etc.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (facebook, Instagram etc).
• Familiar with facebook and google ads.
• Travel across network to observe craft and implement local and network wide campaigns.

Full job description

1. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Company’s customer base and extends the Company’ reach.
2. Ensure that all implementations adhere to the Company’s brand guidelines and identity.
3. Give proactive recommendations on strategies and activities that can help strengthen brand positioning.
