Job summary

IT By Design Philippines Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Campaign Support to own the Philippines employer brand and assist global campaigns. You will story-tell ideas into video content that resonates and is shareable.

You will craft reels, graphics, and culture stories, manage the social calendar, and work with HR/TA on branding and recruitment campaigns, while supporting global initiatives with HubSpot and UTMs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing or social media.
• Proven ability to create engaging content across platforms.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
• Create reels, short-form videos, graphics, carousels and culture stories.
• Build and manage the monthly social media calendar.
• Partner with HR & TA on employer branding campaigns.

About the role

IT By Design is looking for a Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Campaign Support to own the Philippines employer brand presence while supporting global marketing campaigns. You will be a creative storyteller who turns ideas into content people want to watch, engage with and share.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
• Create reels, short-form videos, graphics, carousels and employee/culture stories
• Build and manage the monthly social media calendar
• Partner with HR & Talent Acquisition on recruitment and employer branding campaigns
• Support global campaigns through HubSpot, LinkedIn, Dripify, UTMs, asset preparation and QA
• Track social performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
• Collaborate with global Marketing, Creative, HR and TA teams

About you

• 3+ years in digital marketing, social media or recruitment marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with major social platforms
• Excellent English communication and content-writing skills
• Experience with Canva + video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar
• Basic understanding of HubSpot, UTMs, reporting and campaign QA
• Creative, proactive, organized and highly detail oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment
