JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtains and analyzes market data.

• Monitors the sufficiency of stocks, distribution reach and movement of assigned brand/s.

• Assist in development and execution of marketing plan.

• Evaluates the market's reception of the brand and monitors the implementation of brand promotions through sales analysis and field work.

• Assist in managing social media to increase brand equity and brand awareness to the target market.

• Writes copies for advertisements, press releases and advertorials in print media.

• Organizes and attends marketing events for brand promotion, such as press conferences and product launches as well provide operational support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism or Advertising

• With at least 1 year experience in brand management, marketing or related roles

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; highly interpersonal

• Proficient in leveraging digital marketing channels and social media to reach new audiences

• Experience with various digital marketing platforms and social media channels to effectively engage target audiences

• Experience with any major digital marketing platforms and social media channels is required

• Experience in analyzing market trends, conducting market research and developing market strategies

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive market research using various methodologies to inform strategic decision-making

• Experience with data analytics tools for market research is required

• Applicants must be willing to work in Caloocan City

• Cosmetics or beauty industry experience is preferred but not required
