We areseekinga highly skilled and experiencedSEO and Digital Marketing Managerto join our team. This role requires a candidate who can manageboth SEO and other business-related responsibilities, ensuring a cohesive and effective digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordinagency environments, with the ability to handle complex campaigns and ensure smooth transitions during handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Management:

• Develop, implement, and comprehensiveSEO strategiesto drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conductdeep dives into datatoanalyzewherethe majority ofbusiness is coming from (e.g., organic search, paid ads, etc.).
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations foroptimizingcampaigns.

Paid Advertising:

• Oversee andoptimizepaid advertising campaigns(e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
• Analyzethe performance of paid ads and adjust strategies as needed.

Handover and Transition Management:

• Manage thehandover processfor campaigns, ensuring a smooth transition when moving responsibilities to another person or team.
• Collaborate with the current agency to ensure continuity and avoid disruptions during the transition.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance,identifyingtrends and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate regular reports to track progress and present findings to stakeholders.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to align SEO efforts with broader business goals.
• Coordinate with content creators, developers, and other stakeholders to implement SEO best practices.

Industry Trends and Best Practices:

• Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
• Recommend and implement new strategies to keep campaigns competitive.

Qualification and requirements:

• Proven experience inSEO managementanddigital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong understanding ofpaid advertising platforms(e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and their integration with SEO strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conductdeep dives into datatoidentifyopportunities and challenges.
• Experience managinghandover processesfor campaigns or projects.
• Strong communicationand collaboration skills to work effectively with and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• HubSpot preferred (training can be provided if needed)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience managing bothSEO and other digital marketing functions(e.g., content marketing, social media, email marketing).
