Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably in the education or service industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Operation: manage daily activity of official social accounts, create and publish content, respond to comments and inquiries.
• Offline Promotion Planning and Execution: plan and execute roadshows, school events, and exhibitions, collecting customer info offline.
• Performance Target Achievement: meet monthly acquisition, consultation conversion, and revenue targets; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Customer Information Management: organize customer data and follow up with prospects to improve conversion rates.
• Market Information Collection and Analysis: monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to optimize marketing plans.
