Job summary

Quality Choices Group of Companies in Bulacan seeks a customer-focused Retail Associate to greet customers, assist with product selection, and upsell items. You will manage cashiering, handle POS transactions, issue receipts, and ensure accurate pricing and promotions.

You will also support store operations, restock shelves, monitor inventory, and help with stock counts while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads (10–20 kg).
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Field work up to 3x a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales
  • Greet incoming customers with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Assist shoppers in finding products and answer questions regarding merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
  • Recommend products, upsell complementary items, and offer styling or technical advice depending on the store's inventory.
• Store Operations & Merchandising
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming stock inventory.
  • Restock shelves, organize display, and ensure merchandise is properly labeled and priced.
  • Keep the sales floor, and cashier counters clean, organized, and presentable.
• Cashiering & POS Management
  • Process cash, and mobile payments accurately.
  • Issue receipts, process refunds, exchanges, or store credits following company policy.
  • Balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
• Inventory Control & Security
  • Monitor the floor for loss prevention.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to management.

Requirements & Qualifications
