Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Project Management Specialist in the Sales and Marketing department.

The role coordinates with design, marketing, editorial, IT, and creatives to ensure timely campaign delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a college degree and at least 2 years in digital/service industries, with strong presentation and communication abilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have effective presentation and communication skills and adept at using office-related software and tools.
• Must have good people skills.
• Must have the capability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage clients’ expectations.
• Must possess the eagle-eye for details.
• Good oral and written skills in English language.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with business partners including telco, media networks, content owners, media agencies, corporate partners and digital marketing partners.
• Ensures campaigns are processed, coordinated and serviced in a timely manner.
• Intermediary for client and operations for requests coordination.
• Plans with Design team for design-related requirements and with Marketing Manager for collaterals.
• Coordinates with Tech Operations for service or application development timelines and delivery to the client.
