Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a marketing-minded professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field to join our team in Metro Manila.

You will create and maintain brand identity, develop marketing plans to drive traffic and sales, analyze trends, and prepare performance reports. The role requires strong digital marketing know-how, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or any relevant field
• At least 2-3 years experience in marketing roles
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, highly result-oriented, able to work and manage projects independently

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining brand identity
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and sales
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
• Create reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Arrange openings and events
• Handle public relations, ads, promos, etc
• Creating marketing materials both in print and digital
