Job summary

Dempsey Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to create and maintain the brand identity and drive growth. The role will develop and implement marketing plans to increase traffic and sales, while monitoring trends and competitive activity.

You will produce reports on campaign performance, coordinate openings and events, and manage print and digital marketing materials. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and can work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or any relevant field.
• 2-3 years experience in marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Above average verbal and written communication skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated, highly result-oriented, able to work and manage projects independently.
