Marketing Operations Manager – Hybrid | McKinley

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to drive marketing automation, campaign operations, data quality, and demand-generation performance.
You’ll work closely with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to build scalable marketing processes, optimize campaigns, strengthen lead management, and turn marketing data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
- Build, execute, and optimize automated campaigns across email, paid, social, and ABM channels.
- Manage segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing journeys, and lifecycle workflows using Marketo or similar MAP tools.
- Handle campaign tracking, QA, deployment, and performance reporting.
Marketing Technology & Data Management
- Manage key marketing technology components, including Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms.
- Maintain data quality, hygiene, governance, lead routing, deduplication, and enrichment.
Performance & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and reports covering funnel performance, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and other key metrics.
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to improve targeting and performance.
ABM & Personalization
- Support account-based marketing initiatives using Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus, or similar platforms.
- Enable intent-based targeting and personalized campaigns in partnership with Sales.
- Ensure effective lead handoffs and ABM processes.
Process Optimization
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable, automated solutions.
- Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Marketing, preferably within B2B digital-first organizations.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo or similar MAP tools, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation, campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, and data governance.
- Experience building dashboards, analyzing funnel metrics, and improving campaign performance.
- Exposure to ABM platforms and BI tools is an advantage.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
