SGL Manila (Shared Service Center), Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations & Analytics Assistant to support Global MarCom with data tracking, dashboards, SharePoint pages and automation. You will maintain marketing data, reporting, and digital resources while collaborating with the Denmark team and stakeholders across the company.

The role emphasizes structuring data and processes, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and proactive improvements in a cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; practical experience may substitute.
1–3 years in marketing support, data/reporting or operations.
Experience with marketing performance tracking across social media and website analytics.
Strong Excel and data handling skills; proficient in Microsoft 365.
Excellent English, organized, with ownership and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Collect, structure and maintain data from social media, PR activities and website analytics.
Support with regular reporting and performance overviews.
Prepare clear data summaries that aid understanding of reach, engagement, traffic and PR visibility.
Develop and maintain internal dashboards, trackers and reporting overviews.
Identify opportunities to simplify recurring processes and improve workflows.
Maintain Global MarCom SharePoint, create pages, templates and guides.
Keep folder structures and document libraries organized and navigable.
Ensure shared documents are updated, accurate and aligned.
Coordinate MarCom requests, timelines and documentation.
Maintain trackers and resources used by Global MarCom and regional stakeholders.
