Role Overview
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will play a central role in shaping and optimising the systems, processes and insights that drive our global marketing activities. Working across a broad range of initiatives, you will help drive marketing performance through automation, reporting, campaign execution and CRM management, ensuring our teams have the tools, data and insights they need to deliver results.
You will support the day-to-day management of HubSpot, help maintain the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, and work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales Operations and external partners to continuously improve how we operate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in marketing operations who is looking to expand their expertise in CRM management, marketing automation, reporting and digital marketing within a global B2B organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration, optimisation and ongoing development of HubSpot, including workflows, forms, landing pages, email templates and automation programmes.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations teams to support the integration and alignment between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data quality and effective lead management processes.
- Produce and maintain marketing reports and dashboards, providing insights into campaign performance, lead generation, marketing contribution and ROI.
- Create, deploy and report on email marketing campaigns, webinars, events and content marketing programmes.
- Maintain and update website content, supporting ongoing enhancements, testing and optimisation.
- Support data governance, database management and marketing process documentation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and best practice.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver digital and marketing initiatives.
- Support lead capture, campaign follow-up and wider marketing operations activities, including vendor onboarding, purchase orders and budget tracking.
Experience / Competencies
Essential
- Hands-on experience administering HubSpot.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Understanding of marketing automation, lead management and campaign operations.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
- HubSpot certifications.
- Experience supporting CRM integrations and data management activities.
- Experience in B2B marketing or financial services.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution and pipeline reporting.
- Experience using WordPress or similar content management systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website best practices.
- Experience documenting and improving business processes.
- Ability to build strong relationships across marketing, sales and operations functions.
