Job summary

Pour Kings Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Marketing Officer – Club/Bar to develop and implement strategies that boost guest traffic, sales, brand awareness and customer engagement across nightlife venues.

You will plan weekly and monthly campaigns, coordinate with Operations, Events, Entertainment and Management, manage social media, curate content, and collaborate with influencers and partners to drive VIP events and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase guest traffic, sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
• Plan and execute weekly and monthly marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and special offers.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns for weekend parties, themed nights, VIP events, holidays, and special occasions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Events, Entertainment, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Manage the club/bar’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content, promotional materials, event announcements, and advertisements.
• Coordinate with graphic artists, photographers, videographers, DJs, hosts, and other creatives for marketing content.
• Monitor social media engagement, customer feedback, trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop strategies to attract new customers while maintaining engagement with existing guests.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, event partners, corporate clients, and potential promotional partners.
• Assist in developing VIP and customer acquisition strategies, including guest lists, special invitations, and promotional offers.
• Coordinate with the VIP Host/Receptionist to promote upcoming events and special offers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, nightlife trends, competitor promotions, and new marketing opportunities.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare marketing performance reports.
• Track campaign results such as guest attendance, reservations, social media engagement, inquiries, and sales performance.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign results and customer feedback.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, parties, product launches, guest DJ performances, and special entertainment programs.
• Ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the club/bar’s branding, image, and promotional standards.
• Respond to or coordinate customer inquiries received through social media and other marketing channels.
• Maintain an updated database of customers, partners, influencers, and promotional contacts, when applicable.
• Support management in developing new ideas and strategies to increase revenue and improve customer experience.
• Perform other marketing-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
