Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Marketing Officer for a leading children’s wear brand in Pasig. You will support digital marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, mall activations, social media analytics, promotions, and content management.

The role requires 2–3 years in social media, copywriting, or digital marketing, with strong writing and familiarity with analytics tools, content scheduling, and basic photo/video editing valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in social media management, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing skills with adaptable tone for brands.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling platforms.
• Creative thinker with good visuals, trends, and storytelling.
• Strong personality, confident in sharing ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic photo/video editing skills a plus.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) advantageous.
• Experience in mall coordination, marketing mileage tracking, or event support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mall mileage with mall marketing teams.
• Monitor deliverables and timelines with mall partners for visibility.
• Maintain a database of mall tie-ups and provide visibility reports.
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with brand objectives.
• Brief influencers on guidelines and campaign direction.
• Monitor content delivery and schedule, ensuring on-brand outputs.
• Track influencer performance and provide post-campaign reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of items/PR packages.
• Plan, produce, and implement campaigns across digital, in-store, and mall platforms.
• Review social media performance; propose analytics-based optimizations.
• Support content calendar alignment and campaign tie-ins.
• Coordinate launches and promotions across channels; measure results.
• Monitor marketing budgets and submit monthly reports.
