Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Marketing professional to assist in planning and executing campaigns (digital and offline). You will maintain marketing databases and assist in events, coordinating with designers, vendors and other departments.

You will manage social media and websites, create and edit content, and conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences. Fresh graduates are welcome if they have strong marketing training; 2–3 years' experience

Qualifications

• Must have a good academic standing (Latin Honors or With High Honors are an advantage)
• With 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they have extensive training related to marketing and have been active in organizations.
• With a pleasing personality.
• Having a driver’s license or the ability to drive is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
• Maintain marketing databases and customer records.
• Support event planning, promotions, and product launches.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and other departments.
• Manage and update company social media platforms and websites.
• Create and edit marketing content (social media posts, emails, flyers, website content).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Salary Range: Starting ₱ 18,070 plus ot
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
