Job summary

SM City Trece Martires is seeking a marketing professional to plan and execute campaigns, manage events, and oversee digital promotions to drive foot traffic and tenant engagement.

You will coordinate with tenants, brands, and suppliers, prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, and ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, PR or Digital
• Degree: 4-year Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or similar
• Proficient in MS Office; strong and confident communicator; excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• PARTICIPATE in development, conceptualization, and execution of marketing campaign plans within timelines
• Create advertising/media plans and digital campaigns; produce publicity materials
• Liaise with tenants, brand partners, suppliers to support campaigns
• Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and maintain project documentation

Job description

To ensure proper implementation of different marketing ideas to provide the family fun experience that makes every day better as well as to make sure all implemented activations will drive foot traffic, vehicle count and mall sales through cost effective campaigns for the handled mall.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• EVENTS MANAGEMENT - to participate in the development, conceptualization, and execution of marketing campaign plans in agreed upon timelines, including, but not limited to Seasonal Events, Mall-owned campaigns, and other promotional activities and evaluate their success and effectiveness
• ADVERTISING - to create advertising and media plans, publicity materials, and other means of promotions, such as Digital campaigns
• SPONSORHISHIPS & PARTNERSHIPS - liaise and cultivate a healthy relationship between tenants, brand partners, suppliers, and other organizations that will help achieve marketing goals and campaigns
• COMPLIANCE AND DOCUMENTATION - prepare reports on effectiveness of campaigns, key learnings, as well creation of competitive checks, overall management and documentation of projects

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• With at least 3-5 years of related work experience in Marketing, Advertising, PR, or Digital
• Graduate of 4-year Bachelor's degree: Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or similar
• Required skills: proficient in MS Office, strong and confident communicator, interpersonal skills, teamplayer
