Marketing & Brand Support

• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for paper products.
• Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, product sheets, catalogs, social media content, presentations).
• Maintain branding consistency across all platforms and communication materials.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Assist in managing company social media pages and website content.
• Coordinate with graphic artists or internal staff for product ad designs and layouts.
• Track engagement and performance of online campaigns and propose improvements.

Sales & Market Coordination

• Prepare product flyers, sample kits, and promotional materials for client visits or events.
• Assist Sales Team with lead generation activities, customer communication, and follow‑ups.
• Help maintain and update customer and prospect databases.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends (pricing, packaging, competitor products).
• Gather customer feedback and insights to support product and marketing improvements.
• Analyze sales performance data related to campaigns and report findings.

Events & Promotions

• Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, plant tours, corporate events, and client meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events and ensure materials are prepared.

Administrative Functions

• Prepare marketing reports, expense tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for marketing materials, printing, and event needs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Officer or Sales & Marketing Head.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or sales support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Experience in a manufacturing or B2B environment is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, branding, and content creation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with simple graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn industry‑specific marketing.
