Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of managerial experience in Marketing, Events Management, and Advertising.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Keynote, and basic Photoshop; experience in photo and video editing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute mall events and campaigns to drive customer engagement, tenant promotion, and increased mall traffic.
• Implement advertising initiatives across multiple channels, coordinating with creatives, media, and suppliers.
• Build and maintain partnerships with tenants, brands, and third-party collaborators to strengthen marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy in marketing policies, processes, and task management.
