Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing plans that align with the company's overall marketing and business goals.
• Identify key target markets, customer segments, and demographics within the region. Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt global campaigns and initiatives to suit regional needs.
• Manage and lead a regional marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Monitor regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective communication, lead handoff, and alignment on marketing efforts.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Act as the regional brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Drive innovation in marketing strategies by staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience in marketing, within a leadership or managerial role with knowledge of the APAC market. Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and customer behaviors.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, and analytics tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Data‑driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics to make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of innovation in marketing approaches.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
