Job summary

McKupler Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and produce content using AI tools. The role covers full-funnel marketing across B2B nationwide and B2C segments, including brand, content, and digital marketing — all powered by AI to deliver fast, professional results.

Based in Davao City with regular travel to Luzon and Visayas, you will expand the B2B network, develop principal-partner programs and trade marketing, and lead a small team reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing with leadership exposure.
• Strong ROMI, CPL, CAC metrics understanding.
• Hands-on AI content creation and editorial skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering; Master’s is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel marketing across national B2B and B2C segments.
• Oversee brand, content, and digital marketing leveraging AI tools.
• Expand B2B network across Luzon and Visayas, including NCR.
• Build and mentor a small marketing team; manage programs and partnerships.

What You'll Own

• Full-funnel marketing across B2B (nationwide) and B2C segments
• Brand, content, and digital marketing — AI-powered, fast, professional
• Expanding the B2B network in Luzon and Visayas, including NCR
• Principal-partner programs, trade marketing, and a small team reporting to you
• Real budget, real KPIs, direct line to the Chief Commercial Officer

You're a Fit If You Have

• 5+ years in marketing, 2+ years leading teams or projects
• Strong grasp of ROMI, CPL, CAC, and MarTech (CRM, automation, CMS)
• Sharp editorial skills and hands-on AI content experience
• Bachelor's degree (Marketing/Business/Engineering) — a Master's Degree is a bonus
• Based in or willing to relocate to Davao City, with regular travel to Luzon/Visayas
