Responsibilities

• Brand and Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: assist in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies and campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, and events.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: monitor brand performance metrics, sales data, and market trends; generate regular reports with insights.
• Day-to-Day Operations and Execution: oversee daily brand operations; coordinate with external agencies; ensure media strategies are implemented effectively.
• Creative Development and Brand Presence: oversee marketing creatives; develop bundled product strategies; manage POSM placement for visibility.
• Budget Management: handle purchase orders and track marketing budgets for cost-effective strategies.

What will you do?

1.Brand and Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, and events.

2.Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, sales data, and market trends for data-driven decision-making.
• Generate regular reports on brand performance, offering insights and recommendations.

3.Day-to-Day Operations and Execution:

• Oversee day-to-day brand operations, ensuring efficient execution of activities.
• Manage external agencies for effective collaboration and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Ensure the implementation of media strategies, optimizing reach and impact across various channels.

4.Creative Development and Brand Presence:

• Oversee the creation of impactful marketing creatives in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop and execute bundled product strategies to maximize value and drive sales.
• Manage the development and placement of in-store Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for enhanced brand visibility.

5.Budget Management:

• Handle purchase order billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely financial transactions.
• Assist in managing the brand's marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective strategies."

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Analytical Skills, Market Planning, and Marketing Management skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in food and beverage marketing is a plus
